Obviously yes! Medio Digital Clinic can be integrated to most of the Hospital Information Systems available on the Hungarian market, therefore we are able to integrate to any HIS systems. Medio Digital Clinic does not require any IT development on your side. Installation and setting up the system are carried out by our own IT team.

Yes, the Medio Digital Clinic could be used without a medical system integration. In this case, the major difference is that we provide a unique calendar to set up opening hours.
However, it is important to note that Medio Digital Clinic does not replace HIS systems, does not have digital healthcare governmental (EESZT) plug-in, and does not manage functions related to care. We are primarily focusing on perfect patient experince.
Start-up time is highly depending on how precisely you can define your needs, what kind of HIS system you use and how much modularity you want to use from Medio Digital Clinic. According to our experience, the entire process takes no more than 2-3 working days.
Our telemedicine solution works as a central element of the Medio Digital Clinic. Thus, it is sufficient for you to add a new video consultation service to the examinations, and it becomes immediately bookable for your customers. Medio Digital Clinic recognizes this and manages the booking and payment process accordingly, notifies the doctor and the patient at the right time and provides the video consultation interface.

Medio Digital Clinic is a monthly service based on the number of open medical calendars. Monthly fee per calendar depends on how many calendars and which modules you use.
Setting up the system and training are free of charge, but an advance payment is required, later deducted from the subsequent monthly fees.
Service charges are always based on individual needs, in accordance with the needs and expectations of your clinic.

Medio Digital Clinic meets all expected IT-security requirements. Our servers operate in the European Union in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR regulations. Our contracts stipulate a strict data management and data processing obligation audited in accordance with the GDPR regulations.
Based on the legal relationship with our Partners, our Company is in the role of Data Processor in relation to the patient data generated during the reservations. Of course, we are in the role of Data Manager but only in relation to the management of the personal data of our Partners.

Due to the high sensitivity of health data, our Company is constantly improving its internal and external infrastructure and, uniquely among market players, provides our partners with the opportunity to conduct a data management audit in the spirit of full transparency.
Contracting is preceded by (1) survey (system presentation), and a (2) proposal, in order to provide best possible service for your clinic. Once the offer has been accepted, the contract will be concluded.
