Edit patient


In this menu, you can edit the data of an existing patient or add a new patient to the system.

Any data with a "*" symbol must be entered.


You can see the patient's personal data in the "Personal data" block.

If the patient does not have an email address or phone number, check the box below "Does not have an email address" or "No phone number".

If the patient does not have a TAJ card, check the "No TAJ card" box below, then enter another identification number, such as an identity card number or passport number.

If the patient's billing data is different from the address data, check the "Billing data is different" box, then fill in the "Billing data" block that appears below it.

You can finalize the entered data with the blue "Save" button at the bottom.
