In order for Medio's employees to fulfill their requests in the best possible way, the survey can send upload requests to Customer Service using the following guide.

Upload request step by step

In this chapter, we will show you step by step how you can download your own tests, which are the parameters that must be sent to upload each test.

First step: Make the examination and doctor available in the medical system - Only in the case of a medical system connection!

If the Medio system is synchronized with a medical system, it is essential that the doctors, tests and, in some cases, the specialties are matched. In order to upload an examination, Medio must be authorized to access and query the data in the Medical system.

If you do not know how to authorize this data, contact the contact person of the medical system.

Step Two: Export your current studies in Medio

You can download your tests in excel format by following the steps below.

1. Click to enter the system HERE
2. Select the appropriate institution from the drop-down menu to the right of the logo.
3. Click the blue Export button.
4. In the window that opens, click the Excel button.

Step three: Fill in the essential data in the downloaded Excel table.

Entering the following data is mandatory for uploading, otherwise uploading is not possible.

1. Open the downloaded Excel file
2. Fill in the following information in the last line
   • Specialization
   • Service
   • Test price - Can only contain a number
   • Test length - Can only contain a number
   • Doctor's name (title)
   • Doctor's name (surname)
   • Doctor's name (first name)
   • Test description (optional)
   • Calendar info (optional)
   • Availability status
     • Online
     • Offline
     • Phone

Specialization	If it is an existing field of expertise that has been uploaded to the system, it must match the name of a previously entered field of expertise, otherwise the system will detect it as a new field of expertise and duplicate it on the booking interface.	Internal medicine
