INSPECTION

The Partner module of the Medio system enables healthcare institutions to involve external service providers in the booking process, allowing them to book the medical examinations for which they are entitled. In this way partners can book appointments directly in the doctors' calendarbut only for the studies opened to them.

These partners can be other health care providers - even those not using Medio -, doctors in private practice or outsourced customer service centres. It is a matter of agreement whether they are entitled to a commission on the bookings they bring in, which can be a fixed amount or a percentage. It is possible to query and analyse statistics on the traffic generated by partners.

A real life example: A dermatologist can partner with an aesthetician who often sees skin lesions, who can see free appointments for check-ups instead of making a referral or phone appointment, and book them straight away.
